১. সাধারণ তথ্য
- সাইটটি Toggi Toys (“আমরা,” “আমাদের”) কর্তৃক মালিকানাধীন ও পরিচালিত।
- আমরা যেকোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার রাখি। পরিবর্তিত শর্তাবলী এই পাতায় প্রকাশ করা হবে এবং সাইট ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখলে তা আপনার সম্মতি হিসেবে গণ্য হবে।
- 🛒 ক্রয় নীতিমালা (Purchase Policy): গ্রাহকরা টগি টয়স (Toggi Toys) ওয়েবসাইট বা মোবাইল অ্যাপ্লিকেশন থেকে সহজেই পণ্য নির্বাচন করে অর্ডার করতে পারবেন। প্রতিটি অর্ডার নিশ্চিত করার আগে গ্রাহককে সঠিক ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য ও ডেলিভারি ঠিকানা প্রদান করতে হবে। অর্থপ্রদানের জন্য ডেবিট/ক্রেডিট কার্ড, মোবাইল ব্যাংকিং অথবা ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি পদ্ধতি ব্যবহার করা যাবে। অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পরে গ্রাহককে একটি কনফার্মেশন বার্তা পাঠানো হবে, যেখানে অর্ডারের বিবরণ এবং আনুমানিক ডেলিভারি সময় উল্লেখ থাকবে।
- 📦 বিক্রয় নীতিমালা (Sales Policy): আমরা প্রতিটি অর্ডার করা পণ্য সঠিকভাবে প্যাকেজিং ও মান যাচাই করে গ্রাহকের কাছে পৌঁছে দিই। ডেলিভারির সময় পণ্যের মালিকানা ও ঝুঁকি গ্রাহকের কাছে হস্তান্তরিত হবে। পণ্য প্রেরণের পর কোনো কারণে ক্ষতি বা নষ্ট হলে সেটি আমাদের ডেলিভারি নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সমাধান করা হবে। বিশেষ অফার, ডিসকাউন্ট বা প্রমোশনাল বিক্রয় শুধুমাত্র নির্দিষ্ট সময়সীমার মধ্যে প্রযোজ্য থাকবে এবং কোম্পানি যেকোনো সময় তা পরিবর্তন বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখে।
২. যোগ্যতা
- ব্যবহারকারীর বয়স ন্যূনতম ১৮ বছর হতে হবে অথবা অভিভাবকের তত্ত্বাবধানে সাইট ব্যবহার করতে হবে।
- আপনি নিশ্চিত করবেন যে নিবন্ধনের সময় দেওয়া তথ্য সঠিক ও সত্য।
৩. অ্যাকাউন্ট রেজিস্ট্রেশন ও নিরাপত্তা

- আপনার অ্যাকাউন্টের তথ্যের গোপনীয়তা রক্ষা করা এবং অ্যাকাউন্ট থেকে সম্পন্ন হওয়া সব কার্যকলাপের দায়ভার আপনার।
৪. পণ্যের তথ্য
- আমরা সর্বোচ্চ চেষ্টা করি যেন পণ্যের বিবরণ, মূল্য, প্রাপ্যতা ও ছবিগুলো সঠিক থাকে। তবে, আমরা এই মর্মে নিশ্চয়তা দিচ্ছি না যে সমস্ত তথ্য সম্পূর্ণ, নির্ভুল বা হালনাগাদ।
- প্রদর্শনের ভিন্নতা বা উৎপাদনগত কারণে পণ্যের রঙ বা প্যাকেজিং কিছুটা আলাদা হতে পারে।
৫. অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও বাতিলকরণ
- সমস্ত অর্ডার আমাদের অনুমোদন ও প্রাপ্যতার ওপর নির্ভরশীল।
- আমরা যেকোনো অর্ডার গ্রহণ না করা বা বাতিল করার অধিকার রাখি।
- আপনি চাইলে অর্ডারটি প্রক্রিয়াজাত বা শিপমেন্টের আগে বাতিল করতে পারবেন।
৬. মূল্য ও পেমেন্ট
- সমস্ত মূল্য [আপনার মুদ্রায়, যেমন: টাকা (BDT)] তে উল্লেখ করা হয়েছে এবং প্রযোজ্য কর অন্তর্ভুক্ত, যদি না আলাদাভাবে উল্লেখ করা হয়।
- আমরা ক্রেডিট/ডেবিট কার্ড, মোবাইল ওয়ালেট ও চেকআউটে প্রদর্শিত অন্যান্য গেটওয়ের মাধ্যমে নিরাপদ অনলাইন পেমেন্ট গ্রহণ করি।
- পণ্য প্রেরণের আগে সম্পূর্ণ মূল্য পরিশোধ করতে হবে।
৭. শিপিং ও ডেলিভারি
- পণ্য প্রেরণের সময় অনুমানভিত্তিক এবং অবস্থান ও পণ্যের প্রাপ্যতার উপর নির্ভর করে পরিবর্তিত হতে পারে।
- কুরিয়ার, কাস্টমস বা অন্যান্য বাহ্যিক কারণে বিলম্বের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
- ডেলিভারির পর ক্ষতির ঝুঁকি আপনার দায়িত্বে বর্তায়।
৮. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
- আপনি পণ্য গ্রহণের ৭ দিনের মধ্যে অব্যবহৃত পণ্য ফেরত দিতে পারবেন, আমাদের [রিটার্ন নীতি] অনুসারে।
- কিছু নির্দিষ্ট পণ্য (যেমন: স্বাস্থ্য-সুরক্ষা সম্পর্কিত বা কাস্টমাইজড পণ্য) ফেরতযোগ্য নাও হতে পারে।
- রিফান্ড মূল পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতির মাধ্যমেই প্রদান করা হবে।
৯. মেধাস্বত্ব
- এই সাইটের সব কনটেন্ট (লেখা, ছবি, লোগো, গ্রাফিক্স ইত্যাদি) Toggi Toys বা এর লাইসেন্সদাতার সম্পত্তি এবং কপিরাইট, ট্রেডমার্ক ও অন্যান্য আইন দ্বারা সুরক্ষিত।
- পূর্বানুমতি ছাড়া আপনি কোনো কনটেন্ট কপি, পুনঃপ্রকাশ বা বাণিজ্যিকভাবে ব্যবহার করতে পারবেন না।
১০. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ
আপনি সম্মত হচ্ছেন যে, আপনি—
- কোনো বেআইনি কাজে সাইট ব্যবহার করবেন না।
- মিথ্যা বা বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য জমা দেবেন না।
- ভাইরাস বা ক্ষতিকর কোড প্রেরণ করবেন না।
- অনুমোদন ছাড়া আমাদের সিস্টেমে প্রবেশের চেষ্টা করবেন না।
১১. তৃতীয় পক্ষের লিংক
- সাইটে আপনার সুবিধার্থে তৃতীয় পক্ষের ওয়েবসাইটের লিংক থাকতে পারে।

- গ্রাহক ও Toggi Toys-এর মধ্যে কোনো বিরোধ হলে তা পারস্পরিকভাবে সমাধানের চেষ্টা করা হবে। সমাধান সম্ভব না হলে বিষয়টি কেবল ঢাকা, বাংলাদেশের আদালতে নিষ্পত্তি হবে (ভোক্তা সুরক্ষা আইন প্রযোজ্য হলে তা ব্যতিক্রম)।

- Purchase Policy
Customers can easily select and order products from the Toggi Toys website or mobile application. Before confirming each order, the customer must provide accurate personal information and a valid delivery address. Payments may be made through debit/credit card, mobile banking, or cash on delivery. Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation message will be sent to the customer, containing order details and an estimated delivery time. - Sales Policy
We ensure that every ordered product is properly packaged and quality-checked before being delivered to the customer. Ownership and risk of the product are transferred to the customer upon delivery. In case of any damage or defect after dispatch, the matter will be resolved in accordance with our delivery policy.
